No Refunds! We don't accept returns or exchanges on custom items. Please contact us if you have a problem with your order. All orders are processed in the order which they are received and typically takes between 7-10 Business days. Monday-Friday. Once shipped, it takes an additional 3-5 business days for your item to be delivered once shipped with Priority mail.
